Refund policy

Policy Duration

We offer a 30-day window from the date of your purchase to request a return or refund.
If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately won’t be able to process a refund or exchange — but feel free to contact us and we’ll see what we can do to help!

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Non-returnable items

Some items can’t be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Certain health and personal care items

Partial Refunds

In some situations, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Books with clear signs of use

  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email to confirm we got it.
We’ll also let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company — it might take some time before your refund appears

  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

We replace items only if they’re defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, send us an email at contact@theformi.com and mail your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once your returned item is received, we’ll send you a gift voucher by mail.

Please note:

  • You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over €75.
